"I have been taking these natural marine collagen sachets which dissolve easily in water although care is needed as it tends to clump up when the water is too cold. While I have not noticed a change in skin I did note that my hair looked more healthy and my nail also improved as they used to break very easily. I prefer the no taste so this product suited me perfectly. The sachets are small so easy to carry to work or travel and suit well for busy people."
