VG Insiders Program Terms of Use

Vida Glow’s VG Insiders is offered by Vida Glow Pty Ltd. ("Company") to customers making purchases on Company will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. Vida Glow may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes. By opting into the loyalty program you agreed to receive marketing communication via mail, email, SMS and other channels, including special member promotions, offers and more.

By participating in the Program, Members agree to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Vida Glow reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual. Vida Glow reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrolment procedures. Vida Glow is not responsible if the customer does not notify Vida Glow of any change of details, which may result in the customer forfeiting or not obtaining Benefits or the loss or downgrade of your VG Insiders’s Tier level.

As a member of the Vida Glow’s loyalty program you can accumulate and redeem loyalty rewards points, on an individual basis. VG Insiders Loyalty program is designed to reward Vida Glow customers with exclusive perks, free gifts and points you can redeem for discounts. New and existing loyalty program members should refer to the below for information regarding “tier level earnings” and “how to use their earned points and the conditions of use”. A current, valid email address is required for a Member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates. Members must notify the Vida Glow of change of email address by updating Member account information online.

    • Loyalty level will be determined based on spend in total at Vida Glow over the last 12 month.You’ll earn loyalty points on each purchase you make including any Subscribe + Save orders. Points will be automatically added to your account as you spend. There are also opportunities to earn bonus points. Details of how to earn bonus points can be found here.
    • You can view your points, loyalty level and track the points accrued and spent by logging into your account here.
    • You can start redeeming your points once you have earned the minimum of 100 points. There is a minimum spend requirement to redeem your discounts.
      • Min spend of $70 to redeem 100 points ($5 discounts)
      • Min spend of $100 to redeem 200($10), 300($15), 400($20), 600($30) and 800($40) points
    • You can redeem once you make a purchase and meet the spend requirements. 
    • Reward points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with subscribe & save, and any other offers, promotions or discounts.
    • Loyalty points will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, they will expire after a 12 month period, after the expiry date you won’t be able to access and redeem your points.
    • Birthday vouchers will be rewarded on the day of members’ birthday, given their birthday has been updated in their loyalty account 30 days prior to their birthday. If their birthday is not updated 30 days before their birthday, members will receive their birthday voucher 30 days after they've signed up. 
    • Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable and are only redeemable to purchase Vida glow merchandise from
    • With respect to “Tier level” and “Points” earned, You acknowledge and agree that:
      • Points have no "real world" or cash value;
      • Points have no purpose or use except in exchange for benefits or discounts (if any) offered by Vida Glow pty ltd;
      • The amount of a purchase made with a Vida glow gift card as a method of payment will not be applied to Tier Level earnings. However, the purchase of a Vida glow gift card will be applied to Tier Level earnings.
      • Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, before shipping charges have been applied, made at count toward your Program tier status. 
      • Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Company's return policy available to review here. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to Program Level status for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member's account.
      • Redemption offers may be time-limited or available only in limited quantities;
      • Your Points cannot be redeemed by any person or entity other than Vida Glow, or sold or otherwise transferred, or redeemed for cash;
      • Upon termination of your registration or closing your loyalty account for any reason, all Points are lost regardless of how they were acquired by you;
      • Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements as established and intended by Vida Glow, and you shall not attempt to earn Points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot or other automated means) that only simulates compliance with the applicable requirements; and
      • Vida Glow’s good faith determination of the amount of points available to you hereunder shall be final and binding.
    • These terms and conditions regarding the Loyalty Program may be updated by Vida Glow at any time, so please refer to the T&C regularly for updates.

VG Insiders Tiers

The program includes four loyalty levels–VG Newcomer, VG Enthusiast, VG Devotee, VG VIP–and as you shop with Vida Glow, you will level-up through the tiers unlocking more perks as you go. Program tier status is based solely on a customer’s total dollar spent within a 12 month period, using the email address registered with a loyalty account on Members must notify the Company of change of email address by updating Member account information online.
