- For Australian customers, we offer free shipping for orders over $40. For orders under $40 shipping is $5. We also offer Express Post shipping for $10.
- For New Zealand customers, we offer free shipping for orders over $100. Otherwise, there is a $10 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $100.
- Registered post includes a tracking number and is usually delivered within 3 – 10 days. Express post is usually delivered within 1 – 2 business days and also has a tracking number.

Local international sites are also available, where we ship locally from our UK and US dispatch centres to ensure fast and more reliable shipping:
All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. Given our warehouse locations, customers in the US, UK & Australia need not worry about customs as we ship using domestic mail to these locations.
We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but shipping delays can occur for reasons out of our control such as busy holiday periods and extreme weather conditions. Should your order be delayed, we appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact email@example.com for any queries you may have.
We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note all return requests must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
