Vida Glow International Ltd will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to food supplement regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our marine collagen. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund process.
For 'change of mind' we do not accept returns/issue refunds. Collagen replacement: if for some reason your collagen is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened collagen sachets, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will commence email communication with you to reach a resolution. We do not have a 'money back guarantee' policy. If you did not achieve the desired physical/aesthetic outcome from our marine collagen then we will not issue refunds as we acknowledge every body is different.
