Customer Service Representative 

As a Customer Service Representative you'll be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and our company. Assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.

You'll be working full time with a dynamic team, in an enjoyable working environment - in an autonomous role, with full support and training.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills -in written and spoken English
  • Excellent outlook, excel and word skills (on MAC)
  • Punctual, self-motivated and problem solving skills desired
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Great prioritising skills
  • Professional and considerate email manner a MUST
  • Respond to queries efficiently

Primary Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Answer questions about products terms of sale.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Work with a team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service required.

Communications Executive

About the Role  

Reporting to the Directors and Sales and Marketing Executive you will develop:  

- Country specific brand and product communication.

- Global brand campaigns in line with brand strategy to build brand awareness and equity.

- Compelling content across a multitude of digital and social platforms including website, social media, email marketing, printed material and media releases ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all channels.

- Across all communication and campaign management of influencers.

- Company press releases and liaison with media representatives. Identifing and executing media opportunities.

- Create action plans, social content calendars and reports to manage and drive social activities. 

- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales.

- Frequent update of engaging and informative website content and other activities to drive SEO.

- Monitor and report on competitor activity.

-Maintain marketing and research information by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends.

- In-store and online product demonstrations and sampling to engage with our consumers as the brand ambassador.            

About You

 The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills with a heightened attention to detail to drive sales and build brand awareness.  

- 2 years' experience in a relevant or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including meticulous attention to spelling and grammar.

- Ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated experience in maintaining websites and a range of social and digital media platforms.

- Experience in driving digital media strategies to strengthen brand message.

- Experience in Google Analytics measuring digital data and insights.

- Knowledge or experience in using Wordpress, Photoshop, HTML/CSS considered an advantage but not necessary.
