Water is the largest component in our bodies so the amount of water we consume daily plays an important role in maintaining an overall healthy body. Drinking water naturally flushes toxins out of your body but also helps to improve and plump your skin. We all know we need to drink at least 2 litres of water per day to keep us hydrated  yet this can prove challenging for some who simply don't enjoy drinking water.

We have created 10 simple yet refreshing fruit infused recipes for you to enjoy. When water looks and tastes so good you'll have no problem staying hydrated! As an added bonus, infused water has that hint of sweetness from the natural fruits but without the extra calories or sugar.
